Healed & Restored is a ministry in the Charlotte area that strengthens women suffering after physically and mentally traumatic experiences through therapy, workshops and retreats.

Grounded in Catholic teachings and holistic programs, women will be transformed and experience God's tremendous healing power and embrace their identity as a beloved daughter of God.

Ultimately, Healed and Restored will create a safe, faith-filled home for women to receive mind, body, spirit and soul care, free of charge.

Help young women free of charge without accepting state or federal funds or those from any individual who might interfere with our freedom to share Christ and his Church.
Our Prayer
True Freedom Through Christ That Will Last A Lifetime
In this broken world we live in, it is no wonder so many young people are struggling. I believe girls are especially hurting. Many are feeling unloved and often wondering if there’s anything to live for. Their hurt turns into hurting themselves through cutting, eating disorders, and addictions. Many also suffer from anxiety and depression.
Our goal is to help these young women as quickly as possible after they have gone through trauma. We will help them realize that God desires to heal every single one of his beloved children. We will teach them that the evil one is a master manipulator. As soon as a person is hurt, the devil begins to plant all kinds of lies in the soul. Some of these lies are: God doesn’t love you, Everything that happened is your fault, You should be forever ashamed, and You will never find happiness.

At Healed and Restored, we are committed to sharing stories of hope and transformation so that people will know that lasting freedom through Christ is possible. It is our prayer that the Healed and Restored program will impact the lives of many young women, who find themselves in bondage and without hope. Healed and Restored will help them find true freedom through Christ that will last a lifetime.

Our Services
Our Charlotte-based Christian program is designed to assist in healing the whole person; body, mind, and spirit.
Currently, Healed and Restored is focusing on finding local young women who have experienced trauma and are in need of healing. This is done through relationships with other small ministries, clergy or through our social media. Healed and Restored offers the women a path to healing by way of therapy sessions, at no cost to the client, and with healing focused retreats, both locally and in other states.
The ultimate goal of Healed and Restored is to have a home for women to live in that is a safe, faith-filled space, where they will receive whole person care, free of charge.
Teaching that our Lord Jesus Christ is the only true healer, the home will offer classes to prepare residents for a purpose-filled life after leaving Healed and Restored. Trusting in Jesus to provide for their spiritual, mental, and physical needs and knowing that Jesus gives gifts to his people in great abundance are two graces that the residents will receive residing in the home.
The six titles below summarize the whole person therapy that will be available at the residence.
Counseling
Christian-based counselors equipped to guide women through emotional healing.
Equine Therapy
Healed and Restored will provide equine-assisted activities to the residents to contribute positively with physical, emotional and spiritual healing.
Life Skills Education
The residents will participate in various classes, including money management, developing social skills, creating a resume, and setting goals. All residents will have chores, such as cleaning up after meals, keeping their rooms clean, and laundry.
Nutrition Education
Good nutrition and health will be taught through gardening, meal preparation, and connection to physical fitness.
Physical Fitness &
Therapy Programs
Wellness assessment and provision of an individualized exercise program for physical healing.
Spiritual Growth
Residents will be find healing in prayer groups, Bible studies, and spiritual meditation.
Faith-Based Counseling Method
Focusing On Healing The Whole Person
Healed and Restored has a unique faith-based counseling method to focus on healing the whole person; body, mind, and spirit. Currently, therapists who work with our ministry, implement this method while working with our clients. When we become a residential program, we will show every resident how a return to physical, spiritual, and emotional health is possible.

When we become a residential program, we will give back to the community.
We will provide free resources for pastors, students & families.

We will provide a representative or graduate to share at your church.
​
We will provide a free-of-charge life changing residential counseling program to women aged 13-30, from all over the country, without discrimination.

PRAY for each other, our team and our benefactors.

We also encourage them to be involved and help with fundraising and social media events that will take place throughout the year.
